"EU To Start Education Entry Talks With Turkey, Croatia
BRUSSELS, Apr 27
European Union governments yesterday agreed to start detailed membership negotiations with Turkey and Croatia in the area of education, AFP reported. “Chapter 26 (the education part of entry talks) will now go for negotiations,” an ambassador from one EU member state said. The decision was taken at a meeting of the bloc’s 25 ambassadors to the EU. "
