10:19 - 25 April 2006 - Government spokesperson Cemil Cicek said that fight against terrorism would be an important item of the agenda during US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice’ visit to Turkey and Turkey wanted further collaboration regarding the issue. Rice is set to visit Turkey tomorrow and she is expected to meet with her counterpart Abdullah Gul, President Ahmet Necdet Sezer and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Cicek continued that sharing intelligence is a prior condition for cooperating against terrorism, however it was not enough. "
