Tourism, international tourism and international residential tourism have become important phenomenon for individuals in modern industrial societies. In Europe, since 1960, intensive migration from southern countries to the industrial northern countries has now been reversed. Now, people are migrating from the northern countries to the southern. In this respect, the Mediterranean coasts have become a very popular destination. Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Turkey are attracting millions of people every year. Now, international residential tourism is very popular in these countries."
