"Spain donates $7 mln to Turkey to fight global warming

The Spanish government is set to give Turkey 7 million USD in support of Turkish efforts to fight the immediate problems caused by global warming, a journalists' association said Wednesday.
Spanish ambassador in Ankara and an official from the Turkish Ministry of Environment will sign Thursday a protocol to launch the project."
