"Turkish Army Declines Comment on Reports of Iraq Withdrawal

Feb. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Turkey's army declined comment on reports that it started pulling its troops out of northern Iraq, ending a week-long incursion.
The army said on its Web site that it will make a ``comprehensive'' statement on the reports later today."
