"Oktay Eksi: Turban chaos and the YOK President
This time it was not only Hurriyet who was saying it. Yesterday's newspapers--of course not including those independent (!) press organs close to the administration--used the same word to describe the stage we have arrived at in these turban debates: 'Chaos!'
There are three main architects in this all: One is Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the other is MHP leader Devlet Bahceli, and the third is the president of the influential Board of Higher Education (YOK), Professor Yusuf Ziya Ozcan."
