JTW/ Ankara - On 25 December 2006, Turkish Foreign Ministry declared Turkey’s new strategy regarding the last decision of the European Union on EU-Turkey negotiation process. According to the decision taken by the European Summit dated on December 15, if Turkey do not open its ports for the Greek Cypriot ships and planes, negotiations on eight chapters will never be started, also for the rest even if the negotiations will be started they will not be closed. "
