"Report praises Turkey's anti-corruptian success

Turkey appears to be tackling corruption successfully through a wide variety of policy and institutional reforms, according to a World Bank report titled "Anti-Corruption in Transition, Who is Succeeding and Why."
Bribery is declining in many countries according to the World Bank report, but the level of corruption in transition countries is still higher than in Western Europe. "
