The publisher of this daily, my good old friend and colleague Ilnur Cevik, has doubts about the wisdom of such a choice. In a previous column when he raised this question he urged caution. He said such a mission should be well defined and asked, 'Is it just to disarm Hezbollah and give a free hand to Israel to bash Lebanon at will in the future?'"
