Questions concerning the future of the European Union continue to resonate both in Europe and Turkey. European Commission Vice President for Justice, Freedom and Security Franco Frattini said in an interview that Turkey's accession would be a right choice for the union, supporting British Prime Minister Tony Blair's intention to keep the promises made to Turkey and Croatia."
