Foreign delegations from abroad have been arriving in the northern part of Cyprus to participate in the �International Civil Defense Exercise - 2006,� planned to start tomorrow evening.
The exercise is being organized at international level for the first time this year by the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC), which is only officially recognized by Turkey."
