A senior Turkish diplomat said yesterday that no problem remains with regard to the financial assistance provided by the European Union under the pre-accession framework and emphasized that efforts were under way to reinforce the institutions in charge of the tendering, contracting and implementation of the bloc's funds according to EU financial regulations."
