UN's Ban seeks lifeline to flagging Cyprus talks

MANHASSET, New York (Reuters) - U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon will attempt to revive flagging Cyprus peace talks on Sunday, convening a two-day meeting with rival leaders to resolve a dispute harming Turkey's EU entry bid and energy projects in the eastern Mediterranean.
