Turkey explosion kills 1, wounds 10

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — An explosion believed to have been caused by a suicide bomber killed one person and wounded 10 others in southeast Turkey on Saturday, the country's interior minister said.
Interior Minister Idris Naim Sahin said the explosion occurred in the center of the mainly-Kurdish city of Bingol. He said the blast was near the local branch of the ruling party, but the building was not the intended target.
