"Lagendijk asks the European Commission to adjust visa requirements for Turks
The European Court of Justice concluded in its judgement in the case Soysal that the EU cannot demand visa from Turkish citizens who travel to the EU to deliver services for Turkish businesses. Dutch Green MEP Joost Lagendijk (chairman of the EU-Turkey delegation in the European Parliament) asks the European Commission to adjust the European regulations."
