The garden of the German Embassy in Ankara was the scene that brought together Turkish and German fans all waving flags and chanting slogans in a show of support for their teams. Turkish and German fans along with the diplomats from foreign missions sat side by side before the giant screen in the ‘miniature stadium,’ drinking beers and having traditional ‘döner kebabs’"
