"Iraqi Kurds delay Kirkuk vote

BAGHDAD -- Kurdish lawmakers agreed Wednesday to a six-month delay of a referendum on whether the oil-rich city of Kirkuk should join the semiautonomous region of Kurdistan or remain under Iraqi central government control."
