"Turks see economic difficulties behind rising violence

According to a survey conducted by research company A&G for Turkish daily Milliyet, 31.1 percent of Turks expect things to improve in 2007, while 68.5 percent point to economic difficulties as the main reason for the recent rise of violence in the country."
