"Turkish Cypriots Apply To E.C.H.R. For Their Properties
ANKARA - Four siblings in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) have applied to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) demanding compensation and restitution of their properties in the Greek Cypriot administration.
Hasan Huseyin Cakartas, Nejla Cagis, Mumin Cakartas and Gokcen Bayer's lawyer Asli Aksu applied to the ECHR and demanded that her clients should be given back their properties in Limassol."
