Turkey faces a gave threat from its swelling ranks of 'inactive youth,' warns a new Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development report.
In the wake of the reported confession of a 17-year-old to the murder of journalist Hrant Dink, the report said that Turkey has too many young people at loose ends."
