Railways, Harbours and Airports Construction (DLHİ) General Directorate has made an international tender invitation for commissioning Bosphorus, the İstanbul strait, Highway Tube Tunnel project with Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT) model.
Bid submission deadline in the tender has been set as June 12, 2007. Tender dossiers will be available at a price of YTL 10,000 by January 16, 2007 from the DLHİ Raillway Construction Department. "
