13:41 - 31 May 2006 - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is most likely to receive the support of Turkey in Ankara on Wednesday to further international efforts to resolve the standoff with Iran over its disputed nuclear program. Lavrov's visit to Turkey, comes before a meeting by foreign ministers of the five permanent U.N. Security Council members and Germany in Vienna, Austria, to consider proposals intended to reward Iran if it gives up uranium enrichment and punish it if it does not. "
