ANKARA, Turkey — The Latest on Turkey’s currency crisis and diplomatic dispute with the United States (all times local): 1:15 a.m. Ratings agency Moody’s has downgraded Turkey’s credit rating deeper into “junk” status and slapped a “negative” rating on its outlook.
