Turkey Relies on Indirect Funding for New Gear

ANKARA — Turkey’s “direct” defense budget for 2015 will climb modestly from the current year, but the country’s procurement planners will rely on indirect and non-budgetary funding to finance new acquisitions worth about US $4 billion next year.
