Istanbul (dpa) - Turkey‘s Constitutional Court ruled Wednesday that prison officials violated the rights of Abdullah Ocalan, the jailed leader of the armed Kurdistan Worker‘s Party (PKK), when they confiscated and destroyed a copy of his unpublished book in 2012.
