Westerwelle calls for new chapters to be opened in Turkey's EU accession talks

German FM highlighted Turkey not only achieved an economic success but also continue improving itself in all fields.
BERLIN -- German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said that "it is no use for anyone not to open new chapters," expressing his hope for new chapters to open in Turkey's EU accession talks.
