Shell assessing Black Sea oil exploration with Turkey's TPAO

(Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) is assessing oil exploration and production opportunities in the Black Sea with Turkish state-owned oil firm TPAO, Shell Chief Executive Peter Voser said on Tuesday.
