Turkey seeks simultaneous drilling halt

Turkish Cypriot President Derviş Eroğlu on Saturday submitted a four-item proposal to U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to resolve the spat with Greek Cyprus over drilling in the eastern Mediterranean.
