Kurdish lawmakers end boycott of parliament

ANKARA, Turkey -- A pro-Kurdish party on Wednesday said it is ending its four-month-old boycott of Turkey's parliament, even as tensions grow over a surge in attacks by Kurdish separatist rebels.
