Turkey’s new constitution and the Kurdish problem

Turkey’s Parliament is going to start a new legislative year on Oct. 1 with an exclusive agenda to write a new constitution for the country. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan told reporters Thursday before taking off to Macedonia that he wanted to see the work completed in the first half of 2012.
