"Defendent injured in Turkish courtroom shooting
A murder suspect was shot Thursday during his trial at a courtroom in the Anatolian Istanbul district of Kadıköy.
Mehmet Emin Soylu, who was being tried under arrest for murder, reportedly lost an eye due to shooting. Hasan Gököz, who allegedly fired the shots at Soylu, was detained by police in the courthouse."
