Report: Turkey can integrate Kurds
ANKARA, Turkey, Dec. 24 (UPI) -- Turkey can integrate its Kurdish minority with a more inclusive constitution and amnesty for members of the PKK, a report said.
The Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation report, 'Recommendations from the Region to the Government,' was based on interviews with 35 Kurdish leaders and with local officials and residents of the Kurdish-dominated region, Today's Zaman reported."
