A summit is taking place in Turkey which will highlight the country's significance within Europe.
Foreign ministers, including Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani foreign minister, as well as ministers from countries including the Ukraine, Bulgaria, Greece and Russia, will also be in attendance at the summit in Istanbul."
