Istanbul — Defending champion Kimi Raikkonen had the fastest lap Friday in the opening practice session for the Turkish Grand Prix.
The Finnish McLaren-Mercedes driver, who won the inaugural race last year from pole position, was timed in one minute 28.315 seconds on the 5.32-kilometer (3.32-mile) circuit."
