ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - The best scenario many experts see for Turkey at this week's summit of European Union leaders is to be ignored.
Across the European Union, people are increasingly questioning whether they are ready to allow in new members. Facing that pressure, EU leaders are not expected to discuss the candidacy of their most controversial applicant, overwhelmingly poor and Muslim Turkey, at a two-day summit that starts Thursday."
