The first president of the Kurdish region of Iraq says Turkey's assistance after the recent Erbil bombing has been deeply appreciated by the Kurdish people and its leadership.
Barzani says the sides in the Baghdad coalition government will either stick to their commitments in the interim constitution and the coalition agreement or the Cabinet will go."
