ISTANBUL, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- Jailed leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) Abdullah Ocalan called on his followers to lay down their arms in a forthcoming conference in spring, the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) announced on Saturday.
