Gulf countries meet in Istanbul
(AP) ISTANBUL — Foreign ministers of six Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, are meeting in Istanbul to explore new ways of cooperation with Turkey amid Iranian threats to immediately halt oil exports to Europe.
