Libyan National Transitional Council to hold talks in Istanbul
The National Transitional Council of Libya will have a meeting in
Istanbul, after being summoned by Ankara. The session will hold talks
on the road map after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi's regime, SalamNews
reports.
