Iraq summons Turkey to protest airstrikes

Istanbul (CNN) -- Iraq's foreign ministry summoned the Turkish ambassador in Baghdad on Thursday to deliver a diplomatic letter protesting Turkey's aerial and artillery bombardment of northern Iraq.
