Istanbul. Heavy snow has paralyzed the western regions of Istanbul, the Anatolian Agency reports.
It started snowing on Friday evening, causing many road accidents in Istanbul and other western provinces, such as Edirne and Balikesir. Weather forecasters warn that the snowfall and strong wind will continue."
