ISTANBUL - Ahmet Arslan, an Elazığ local, moved to Istanbul 11 years ago and since has established Turkey’s first çiğköfte (raw meatball) factory. 'Elazığlı Çiğ Köfteci Ahmet Usta,' which now has 18 branches, has an annual turnover of 1 million Turkish Liras."
