ANKARA (Reuters) - Seven consortiums, including Germany's Fraport (FRAG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) and Turkey's Celebi (CLEBI.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) and TAV (TAVHL.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) are expected to bid in a tender for Istanbul's second airport, officials told Reuters on Monday."
