damjan_zlatnar_ Turkish hammer thrower Esref Apak was the star performer at the 62nd European Athletics Permit Meeting, the Cezmi Or Memorial in Istanbul last night.
Apak won a high quality competition with a throw of 75.61m while his teammate Nevin Yanit took the 100 m Hurdles clocking a legal 13.21.
