PRESIDENT Tassos Papadopoulos yesterday pounced on the Turkish Cypriots over the difficulties surrounding the current talks and also aimed a shot at the international community during a speech in Nicosia.
Addressing the conference of overseas Cypriots, Papadopoulos gave a rundown of the July 8 meeting with UN envoy Ibrahim Gamabari and the agreement made to start a twin-track talks process.
The process began on the July 31deadline, when the two sides exchanged lists and began senior-level meetings. But little progress has since been made in coming up with an agreed agenda, despite eight meetings being held."
