Yesterday I had two questions on my mind. The first one was: Why are the international powers like the U.S., European Union and Israel almost begging Turkey to send troops to Lebanon, but at the time are deaf to the willingness of Turkey as the head of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to join the Mideast Quartet, established by the UN, U.S., Russian Federation and EU, to draw the roadmap to a solution of the Palestinian problem? "
