Does Turkey have the luxury of rejecting joining a United Nations peace force for Lebanon? On paper it has, but when you look at the facts Turkey is obliged to be involved in a Lebanese peace making or peacekeeping effort.
Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul has visited Lebanon and Israel and has had the opportunity to take the pulse of the leaders in both countries. It is clear that Turkey's contributions in a peace mission are wanted...
