"Archaeologists unearth 7,400-year-old skull in Niğde

Archaeologists working at the Köşk tumulus in the Central Anatolian province of Niğde said they have discovered a 7,400-year-old skull at the site.
Professors Aliye Öztan from Ankara University and Metin Özbek from Hacettepe University told the Anatolia news agency on Wednesday that they had discovered �important facts that provide insight into the tradition of burials in ancient times.� "
