"Greek Cypriot confession: We've missed solution train 7 times since '74
Former Greek Cypriot Foreign Minister Nikos Rolandis admitted on Monday that his administration has passed up the 'solution train' that might have led to a resolution of the Cyprus problem seven times since 1974.
Speaking to Greek Cypriot daily Alithia, Rolandis implicitly criticized the Greek Cypriots' rejection of the last peace and reunification plan, which was put forward by United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan, saying, 'Trains don't arrive at stations all the time, but when the train arrived we let it go.'
