BERN, Switzerland, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Switzerland gave their World Cup qualifying chances a huge boost on Saturday after completing a deserved 2-0 home win over play-off rivals Turkey.
The Swiss, who travel to Istanbul for Wednesday's second leg, secured their surprise win over the 2002 World Cup semi-finalists with goals from Arsenal defender Philippe Senderos and Lazio midfielder Valon Behrami."
